SHIPPING INFORMATION 

All orders from Trilogy Biycycles.com. will ship from our warehouse in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Most items are available to ship in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. 

We process, ship, and deliver orders on business days only. We do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

If your order includes several items, we may ship them in separate packages and they may not arrive together in one delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. It will include a UPS, USPS or FedEx tracking number. A separate email will be sent for each shipment.

CHANGES

Once we have processed an order we are not able to add to the order or change the shipping options, address, etc.

RETURN POLICY

Trilogy Bicycles will accept product returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. The product MUST be in original condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for return. Trilogy Bicycles will only process exchanges for product that was purchased online directly from Trilogy Bicycles. If you purchased from a dealer then you must contact them for their return/exchange policy. We will grant returns only to the original purchaser with a valid Trilogy Bicycle order confirmation or Trilogy Bicycle sales receipt. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your return. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to get the product to us. Contact the Trilogy Bicycle info@TrilogyBicycles.com to obtain a return authorization number.
